Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612.
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 7 days after receipt in case of distance purchase, if the goods have not been used, the original packaging, consumer properties and documents confirming the purchase have been preserved.

Cosmetics of proper quality with broken packaging is not subject to return and exchange (p. 23 PP RF № 612).
If the product has been used or if the packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned.
Return of goods of improper quality is possible during the shelf life or warranty period.

Send a statement to info@glutme.ru with the subject line “Return of Merchandise.”
Specify full name, order number, item name, reason for return.
Wait for return instructions and ship the item to the address provided.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be made within 10 days by the same method used for payment.
4. payment for shipping
When returning goods of proper quality, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
When returning goods of inadequate quality, the costs are borne by the seller.
Warranty obligations

If necessary, the goods may be sent for examination.
